Sunday Morning Shooting Reported at 76 Gas Station on Powell Street

The Emeryville Police Department responded to multiple reports of a shooting at the 76 Gas Station on Powell Street early Sunday morning at about 4 a.m.

According to the report posted on EPD’s social media accounts, Officers arrived on the scene and located a vehicle with damage from multiple gunshots.

Officers found a victim inside of the vehicle suffering from a gun shot wound. They provided medical aid to the victim and they were transported to a local hospital.

The condition of the victim was reportedly stable according to an updated report. The EPD noted that they did not consider this an active threat to the public.
