Emeryville PD issues alert for ‘At Risk’ Female

The Emeryville Police Department has issued an alert for an ‘at risk’ missing person in our community.

Myracle Moses was last seen in Temescal Circle at the Emery Bay complex on Monday, March 18th. On that day, she stated she was ‘going to the store’ but never returned.

Moses is diagnosed with schizophrenia and is said to not be current with her medication. Moses frequents East Oakland and is known to use narcotics.

If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Moses, please call 911 or contact your local police department.
