Pixar Campus Phase II Expansion

As an eastern facing neighbor, I wasn’t thrilled about Pixar consuming a large chunk of my view of the hills but I am glad that they’re rooted in E-Ville (I just wish they’d let their employees “come out and play” so that surrounding food establishments would benefit).
