Dinner and a Show 2012 – July Performance Series

The City of Emeryville kicks off its July Outdoor Performance series this Thursday at 5pm at the Park Avenue Plaza (Where Park dead-ends into the train tracks). Performing live music will be the Creole dance band Motordude Zydeco with Gourmet Sandwich Food truck catering by Mayo & Mustard. There will be a total of three events of this kind rotating through three different Emeryville parks. They will conclude the series with an Outdoor Movie night at the Doyle-Hollis Park featuring the cult classic, The Princess Bride. Rob Arias

is a third generation Californian and East Bay native who lived in Emeryville from 2003 to 2021. Rob founded The E'ville Eye in 2011 after being robbed at gunpoint and lamenting the lack of local news coverage. Rob's "day job" is as a creative professional.
